CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to meet the educational needs of our student interns and the scheduling needs of our community, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $10 charge. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full appointment fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in rescheduling with a $10 fee. Payment is required before your next treatment. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, and/or tardiness will be referred out. If referred out, all scheduled appointments will be cancelled.

STUDENT CLINIC PROMOTIONS THROUGH THE END OF APRIL:

  • $20 off your first patient appointment with any Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 intern - Please see description of the different internship levels & treatment options below. This does not apply to professional treatments. Please note: any no call/no shows will be charged the full price of the appointment ($35-$45) per AIMC’s financial policies.

  • FREE community style acupuncture on Monday afternoons - For this type of treatment, you will be seated in a chair and receive acupuncture in a shared space with other patients. Please note that this treatment does not take place in a private room. Please note: any no call/no shows will be charged the full price of the appointment ($10) per AIMC’s financial policies.
