Cancellation Policy
In order to meet the educational needs of our student interns and the scheduling needs of our community, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $10 charge. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full appointment fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in rescheduling with a $10 fee. Payment is required before your next treatment. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, and/or tardiness will be referred out. If referred out, all scheduled appointments will be cancelled.
Patient Preparation Guidelines
We recommend that patients wear loose clothing that can be pulled up to the knees and elbows. If you tend to get cold easily or would like something to drape over yourself, please bring your own blanket. We provide disposable gowns; however, your blanket might give you more comfort.
