CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to meet the educational needs of our student interns and the scheduling needs of our community, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $10 charge. Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full appointment fee. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in rescheduling with a $10 fee. Payment is required before your next treatment. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, and/or tardiness will be referred out. If referred out, all scheduled appointments will be cancelled.

Zhenni Jin, DAOM, L.Ac., is a faculty member at AIMC and a dedicated practitioner of Chinese medicine. She specializes in addressing a wide range of health concerns, including chronic pain, women’s health issues, skin conditions, GI problems, and emotional disorders.

Committed to holistic healing, Zhenni utilizes acupuncture, traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and Pediatric Tui Na (Asian bodywork) to help her patients. In her role at AIMC, she provides valuable guidance and mentorship to interns within the student clinic. Zhenni holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) degree and is a Licensed Acupuncturist, a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine with the NCCAOM, and a Certified Tuina Practitioner. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing her to provide compassionate care to diverse populations.

Dr. Reagan Taylor is a true Austinite and seventh-generation Texan who is deeply committed to offering heart centered, nurturing care to her patients. Reagan received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, where she went on to become a full time faculty member and Director of Clinical Readiness.

As Director of Clinical Education at AIMC Austin, she helps uphold excellence in clinical training, guiding interns in their professional growth with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Dr. Taylor is a licensed acupuncturist & herbalist, specializing in mental health and neurological disorders.

Driven by a deep commitment to healthcare equity and accessibility, she strives to provide compassionate, inclusive care to all.

Outside of work, Reagan enjoys cooking simple & healthy meals, seeing live music, traveling, swimming in the beautiful rivers of Central Texas, hiking, camping, and cuddling her two lovable and unruly dogs and her feisty calico cat.
