Requesting Your Medical Records VUIM can accept medical record requests as of August 17, 2026. Email us your request for a free electronic (PDF) copy via JaneApp, including your full name and date of birth. Please download before August 31, as JaneApp may not be available after that.

Dr. Reagan Taylor is a true Austinite and seventh-generation Texan who is deeply committed to offering heart centered, nurturing care to her patients. Reagan received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, where she went on to become a full time faculty member.

Currently, Reagan serves as the Director of Clinical Education at AIMC Austin, where she helps uphold excellence in clinical training, guiding interns in their professional growth with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Dr. Taylor is a licensed acupuncturist & herbalist, specializing in mental health and neurological disorders.

Driven by a deep commitment to healthcare equity and accessibility, she strives to provide compassionate, inclusive care to all.

Outside of work, Reagan enjoys cooking simple & healthy meals, seeing live music, traveling, swimming in the beautiful rivers of Central Texas, hiking, camping, and cuddling her two unruly, lovable dogs and her feisty calico cat.

Evelyn Joo Licensed Acupuncturist and Clinic Director

Evelyn is a compassionate and dedicated practitioner with a strong foundation in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She earned her Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (MAcCHM) from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, following a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.

With over 1,000 hours of clinical experience in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and Tuina—including work at the VA Clinic—Evelyn brings a wealth of expertise and care to her patients. She is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine certified by the NCCAOM and licensed to practice acupuncture in Texas.

Evelyn’s journey in the field began while she was still a student, serving as a receptionist at AOMA Clinic. Her dedication and leadership led her to take on a managing role, helping guide the transition of AOMA to AIMC Austin. Today, as Clinic Director at AIMC Austin, she is committed to fostering an enriching and positive experience for students, patients, and supervisors alike.

Evelyn’s clinical interests center around longevity, sustainability, and women’s health—helping women navigate every life stage with vitality and balance. Her approach integrates traditional Chinese wisdom with modern understanding, encouraging harmony between the body, mind, and environment. Whether addressing chronic pain, hormonal balance, or emotional well-being, Evelyn’s care reflects her belief in the body’s innate ability to heal.

Zhenni Jin, DAOM, L.Ac., is a faculty member at AIMC and a dedicated practitioner of Chinese medicine. She specializes in addressing a wide range of health concerns, including chronic pain, women’s health issues, skin conditions, GI problems, and emotional disorders.

Committed to holistic healing, Zhenni utilizes acupuncture, traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and Pediatric Tui Na (Asian bodywork) to help her patients. In her role at AIMC, she provides valuable guidance and mentorship to interns within the student clinic. Zhenni holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) degree and is a Licensed Acupuncturist, a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine with the NCCAOM, and a Certified Tuina Practitioner. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing her to provide compassionate care to diverse populations.
